The in-app navigation system in CognitiveBotics is designed to be user-friendly and intuitive, enabling parents to quickly access the tools and information they need.

The key components include:

Dashboard

The CognitiveBotics Dashboard gives you a high-level view of the key features (refer the below image) those can be used on daily basis.

View Schedule
This section will allow you to access the learning content designed by the therapists for your child based on his/her requirements. Multiple therapists could be assigned to your child as per therapist’s expertise and individual therapist would design learning content for your child.
This section will allow you to select the therapist among the assigned therapists and View Schedule button will take you to an overview page of what your child will be learning today, as well as useful videos explaining how you can help your child perform each activity. The learning content you see in the view schedule would be designed by the therapist you selected in the first place. We have also provided videos explaining how you can perform occupational therapy-based exercises, as well as a ‘Practice at home’ section to ensure that the learning that takes place on the platform can be extended to everyday life. We highly recommend that you go through all the videos, so that you can gain an understanding of how to better support your child.
Parent content
All the content designed only for the parents could be accessed through this section. This section will contain valuable information for parents to help them understand their child’s unique strengths, challenges, sensory needs, etc. and make them better equipped to create structured, predictable environments that will support easy learning of the child.
Daily Journals
The Daily Journal section allows parents to document their child’s activities, challenges, and achievements. This ensures therapists are informed about day-to-day updates, fostering a collaborative approach to therapy. To make the most out of this feature, we highly recommend that the parent fill in the journal every day.
Reports
Based on the learning interactions performed by your child during the games, this section will allow you to track the progress throughout his/her learning journey. Get insights into your child’s progress with detailed reports. These reports outline skill development, completed objectives, and areas requiring attention. Use this data to celebrate milestones and adjust learning strategies as needed, along with the therapist. We highly recommend that parents regularly review the reports, to gain a better understanding of their child’s learning journey or to collaborate with the therapist.
Account Information
1. Therapist Details
  Know the therapists assigned to your child by navigating to Therapist Details under Account section. The following details of the therapist will be available: Name, gender, email and contact number.
2. Language
  Select and change the preferred language for viewing the application content, under the Account section.
  Please Note: This feature only changes the language for the parent facing content, NOT the child facing content.
View Plan
A personalized learning plan will be created by the therapist for each associated child after thorough analysis of the child’s initial assessment. The learning plan includes multiple learning objectives bucketed under different skills, which are essential for the child’s overall development. The learning plan can be adjusted and modified by the therapist at any point of time, based on the learning requirement of each child.

Dive into a rich library of engaging activities, exercises, and games tailored to develop specific skills. The platform’s content is designed to be interactive and parent-child friendly, encouraging active participation.
Appointments
You can see the upcoming appointments scheduled in the current week, from the Appointments section. If you click on any date on that appointment schedule view a small description of the scheduled appointment will be displayed under that section. In case of no appointment, it would display “No appointments to show.”
