Best Practices for Therapists

Modified on Fri, 7 Feb at 10:27 AM

The following section describes the best practices therapists can undertake for successful integration and adoption of the platform.

Assessment

Standardized assessments must be carried out by the therapist in order to understand the child's strengths and areas that require attention. Based on these assessments, an individualized learning plan can be created on the platform, to complement and reinforce the in-person therapy.

Periodical Monitoring

Therapists are encouraged to periodically monitor the child's progress and adjust the learning plan according each child's needs.

Monitor Parent Journal Entries

Therapists are encouraged to sign in to their therapist accounts to review daily journals and to encourage parents to regularly fill the daily journal. Daily journal entries can be useful in monitoring patterns in the child's behavior.

Update Session Notes

Therapists can use the session notes to document and communicate with parents about the therapy sessions.

Review Report Section

Our comprehensive report section is designed to give you all the data you need, to understand the learning journey and progress of the child. Through the report section, therapists can review the learning plan’s effectiveness in contributing to the child’s therapy goals once every few weeks.
