The following page takes you through how you can navigate through the CognitiveBotics Admin portal.


The Admin Portal

The Admin Portal is the central dashboard where admins can manage all aspects of their organization. Below is an explanation of each tab and section visible on the portal.


Dashboard Overview

The main section of the portal provides a snapshot of the organization's activities:


1. Organization Details: Displays the organization's name & logo.

2. Therapists and Child Metrics: Shows the total number of therapists and children registered within the organization.

3. Appointments Today: Indicates the number of appointments scheduled for the current day.

4. Therapists & Children in Your Organization: A graphical representation of how children are distributed among therapists.

5. Appointments Calendar: Displays the appointments scheduled for a selected date range.




Top Navigation Bar

1. The CognitiveBotics Logo: Brings you to the dashboard of the Admin Portal.

 


2. Appointments

  • View, add, or modify scheduled appointments.
  • Use the calendar to navigate between dates and manage upcoming sessions.
  • Assign therapists and children to specific sessions.



3. Therapists

  • Manage all of the therapist accounts.
  • Add new therapists by providing their details and setting up their roles.
  • Assign therapists to specific children.
  • View and edit therapist profiles.



4. Children

  • Manage child profiles and their associated details.
  • Add new children and edit details of existing children, including their name, age, diagnosis, and the assigned therapists.
  • View child-specific learning plans.



5. Invites

  • Send email invitations to onboard new therapists and parents.
  • Track the status of sent invitations (pending/accepted).
  • Resend or revoke invites if necessary.




6. Account

Through the account button, you can perform the following actions-

  • Switch to a therapist account (If you initially chose the option to also access the portal as a therapist)
  • Through Profile settings, edit details about your organization such as - 
    • Organization Name/Registration as per GST Name
    • GST Number
    • Address 
    • Edit Primary Admin Details
    • Edit Contact Details
    • Logo (Upload if applicable)
  • Through Settings, access the Appointment Reminder Settings.
  • Reset your Password
  • Access the CognitiveBotics Support page
  • Read our Terms of use
  • Sign out of your account



You can also access the profile settings by clicking on your organization's logo on the top right corner.




7. Actions Panel

Located on the right-hand side, this panel includes:

  • Explore our contentProvides therapists with access to resources such as:
    • Training materials and guides.
    • Different therapeutic skills, Leaning objectives, or digital tools.
    • Best practices for working with children on specific developmental challenges.



Actions (dropdown menu): As an admin you will be able to add therapists and children in your organization. Multiple therapists could be assigned while adding a child and at least one learning plan need to be created for the child.
