Signing Up
This section outline the process for therapists to set up their CognitiveBotics account, access their dashboard and start managing therapy sessions for children efficiently.
Step 1: Receiving the Onboarding Email
The Admin in your organization will generate an invite link, which you will then receive through an email invitation from CognitiveBotics. Follow the steps below to setup your account-
a. Click on the setup link in your email
b. A password creation portal will open
c. Enter a secure password and confirm it
d. Agree to the Terms of use and Privacy policy
c. Click on Set Password and your password in now set for your account.
Step 2: Log into the CognitiveBotics platform
Once you have set your password, you can log in through www.cognitivebotics.com, through the "Professional Sign In" button, located on the top right corner. You can sign in using your email ID and password.
Step 3: Add Children
Add children and their general details such as parent details (Name, Phone numbers, email) and Child details (Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Language preference). Assessments can also be uploaded here.
Please remember, once you add parent and child details they can only be edited through the Admin portal.
Step 4: Add a Learning Plan for the Child
You can create an individualized learning plan for each child. There are three lanes through which three parallel learning objectives can be added. The learning plans can be edited any time.
