The following section takes you through our extensive report section where you can find in-depth insights into your child’s progress, including skill development, achieved goals, and areas for improvement. Regularly reviewing these reports allows you to work closely with your child’s therapist to customize their learning experience.
Reports
Get insights into the child’s progress with detailed reports. These reports outline skill development, completed objectives, and areas requiring attention. Use this data to celebrate milestones and adjust learning strategies as needed. We highly recommend that parents and therapists regularly review the reports, to gain a better understanding of the child’s learning journey.

Understanding Mastery Criteria
Task Mastery:
A target is considered mastered when a child correctly responds to the first opportunity of the day within a learning objective for three consecutive days. This information against each target is clearly shown in the report. If the child has answered the target correctly for 2 consecutive days , it would show 2/3. However, if the child answered it incorrectly the following day, it would reset to 0/3.
Learning Objective Mastery:
Each learning objective consists of a predefined number of targets (Y) and a mastery threshold (X). A learning objective is considered mastered when a child successfully masters X out of Y targets. This threshold is typically determined based on the total number of targets within the learning objective, ensuring a structured progression in the child’s learning plan. The mastery status is clearly displayed in the reports section for each learning objective.
- Learning Objective Status: Displays progress as Tasks mastered (TM)/ Tasks required for mastery(X).
- Task Status: Shows Consecutive days answered correctly / Required consecutive days for mastery.
Note: For example, the learning objective Identify Verbs includes six tasks: Eating, Catching, Running, Jumping, Kicking, and Throwing. A child is required to master five of these tasks. However, it’s possible for the child to master all six, in which case the status would display as 6/5.
Understanding Cold Probe and First Try Rate
Consider a learning objective with three targets: T1, T2, and T3. A child attempts these targets over three days: D1, D2, and D3. Each target offers a maximum of three opportunities to respond: O1, O2, and O3.
Detailed session report:
This section will contain the target wise interaction of the child with multiple data point information pertaining to each target. This will allow the users (therapist and parents) to analyse the performance of the child during the course on the learning in the platform.
With the help of multiple filters, the user can analyse the progress individual skill, LO, date and type of attempt wise.
The table will have the following data points for individual targets
Date | Skill | Objective | Target | Level | Type | Accuracy | Prompted/ | Prompt Count | Status |
The data points in the table will be sorted based on the latest target played by the child so that the user will be able to track the recent data handy in the table to analyse.
Explaining the complex headings
Level: In this column the complexity level of the LO will be called out.
Example: If there are 3 levels in an LO and the child id playing level 1 of that LO then all the targets in that level will be shown as 1/3
Type: This column will be calling out if the attempt made by the child is a cold probe attempt (1st attempt of that day) or it’s a practice section.
Accuracy Rate: (Number of Correct Responses/Total Opportunities Taken) ×100. For details, please refer the graphical report section in Knowledgebase.
Prompted/ Independent: This would indicate if the response received in the independent opportunity or in subsequent opportunity, after providing prompts.
Prompt Count: This would indicate how many prompts were taken to correctly respond the target, if it’s a prompted response
Status: This would indicate the current status of the target in terms of mastery. To master the target the child need to provide independent response for 3 continuous days in the cold probe opportunity
