Q1. How do I access CognitiveBotics?


CognitiveBotics is available as a mobile App for both iOS as well as Android devices on the App Store and Play Store. Currently it is also available as a Web App that can be accessed through a Chrome browser. 



Q2. What devices are compatible with the platform?


The portal can be used on tablets, phones, computers, and laptops. However, a tablet

provides the best experience. If you’re an Apple user, we recommend iPad 10 and above.

If you’re an Android user, we recommend the device should have 4GB RAM and an octa-

core processor with a decent GPU (like Mali G52 MC2 & above or Adreno 710 & above).

The device should be updated to the latest iOS/Android version.


You can install our application on most smartphones and tablets. Larger tablets, such as

10-inch screens/8-inch screens, tend to work best for children. Alternatively, a touch

screen laptop also works.

Q3. What happens if a technical glitch occurs while my child is working on a learning

objective?

with details of the issue and we will get back as soon as possible.


Q4. What to do if the screen freezes?

  1. Refresh the page to see if the issue resolves.
  2. Sign out and sign back in to your account.
  3. Clear your browser cache and perform a hard refresh (see steps below for specific devices).

Q5. What should i do if my child does a pose correctly, but it was not detected?


If you encounter this issue, please check if your child is positioned at the appropriate

distance from the screen. Make sure to check if the prompts onscreen all appear green

before proceeding with the poses.


If the poses are still not detected, please report the issue to us either on call or

WhatsApp (+919581622929) and we will look into the matter.


Q6. Can I use the application if my internet is not stable?


We recommend an internet speed of at least 10 Mbps Wi-Fi or 5G for optimal

performance. The application will work at lower speeds but may likely have performance

and stability issues.


Q7. My child got 100% on a learning content and still seeing the same content the next

day.


When your child can correctly respond to at least 80% or more of the targets shown in

each learning objective on the first try for three consecutive days, it will be considered as

‘Mastered’. Once mastered, your child moves on to the next learning content. Without

mastering a particular set of learning content, it is not possible to move further. If you still

have concerns, please feel free to contact us either through email or phone/ WhatsApp.


Q8. How do I engage my child on the platform if they are distracted or fidgety?


If the child is easily distracted, it is recommended to begin with a single learning

objective (LO) and provide immediate reinforcement (it can be movement break,

access to toys). Gradually, the number of LOs can be increased. It is also beneficial to

start with a familiar LO before introducing new concepts. It is advisable to engage the

child with the platform in a distraction free environment.
